to join our global marketing and eCommerce team. The ideal candidate has strong storytelling skills, understands SEO and brand voice, and can create high-quality content tailored for diverse audiences across

Canada, the USA, and international markets . You will work with cross-functional teams to produce content that drives engagement, builds authority, and supports organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Writing Excellence

Write clear, compelling, and original content for blogs, websites, product pages, social media, email campaigns, and press materials.

Develop content that aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging for multiple markets.

Create long-form and short-form content that educates, informs, and converts.

Research & Topic Development

Conduct in-depth research on assigned topics, competitors, and industry trends (tea, herbs, spices, wellness, agriculture, and more).

Generate content ideas based on keyword insights, audience needs, and market trends.

Collaborate with SEO teams to ensure content is optimized for search visibility.

SEO-Aligned Content Writing

Implement on-page SEO best practices including keyword integration, internal linking, meta descriptions, and content structure.

Work closely with the Senior SEO Specialist to develop content that supports organic growth goals.

Review existing content and improve ranking potential through rewrites and optimization.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work with marketing, design, SEO, and eCommerce teams to create content tailored for campaigns, product launches, and storytelling.

Coordinate with the Uganda content team for region-specific content requirements.

Ensure all written content aligns with global and regional marketing strategies.

Editing & Quality Assurance

Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, structure, and accuracy.

Ensure consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all content formats.

Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

Content Performance & Reporting

Monitor how content performs using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush).

Recommend improvements based on performance data, engagement metrics, and competition.

Track deadlines, manage multiple assignments, and ensure timely delivery.
