About the Role :

We are hiring a highly experienced Principal / Senior Python Engineer to work with our prestigious UK-based, a leader in media and entertainment. This is a contractual role that requires the candidate to work onsite from our delivery centres in Noida, Mohali, or Hyderabad. You will operate within UK time zones, and all work will be executed via Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems using Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and drive development best practices.
• Own complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce clean, testable, and efficient code.
• Work closely with UK-based client stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure delivery excellence.
• Ensure system security, performance, and reliability through proper coding standards and documentation.
