Senior Executive – Finance
Job Objective & Key Responsibilities
- Perform reconciliations for customer and vendor ledgers, and inter-company transactions.
- Review and verify supplier invoices in line with contractual agreements, and record entries in BOS.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, revenue statements, and reconcile income and expenditure reports.
- Oversee monthly billing for cargo handling and counter sales, ensuring daily / monthly BOS reconciliation.
- Monitor receivables, follow up with debtors, and prepare monthly ageing reports.
- Maintain and update financial data across systems such as RSmart and COSYS.
- Process invoices and accurately record receipts.
- Generate MIS reports and costing sheets for Air India GH & CH using BOS financial data.
- Ensure proper documentation and backup for all financial transactions.
- Conduct general ledger reviews and analysis.
- Assist auditors during financial audits and statement preparation.
- Deliver invoices to airline clients and submit acknowledgments to the Team.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager or department head.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and security standards in all financial operations.
- Report any incidents or violations that may impact safety, security, or company reputation.
Qualifications
B.Com / CA Inter with 3–7 years of relevant experience.M.Com or MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 3 years of experience.Proficient in computer applications and financial systems.Preferred Experience
Solid understanding of accounting principles; experience with ERP systems is preferred.Exposure to the aviation industry is a plus.Key Competencies & Attributes
