Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and presentable professional with experience in NGO partnerships, corporate CSR initiatives, and ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) domains. This role is about approaching corporates and NGOs for showcasing our products and creating tie ups for CSR activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing corporate sales, institutional
tie-ups, and CSR fund allocation processes, while building strong relationships with HR Heads
and Sustainability Leaders across organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and institutions aligned with CSR and ESG goals.
Identify opportunities for CSR fund allocation and manage the end-to-end fund utilization process.
Approach and build strategic relationships with HR Heads, CSR Heads, and Sustainability Heads for collaborative initiatives.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations (PPTs) to stakeholders highlighting projects, impact, and outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize CSR campaigns, events, and ESG-driven marketing initiatives.
Drive corporate and institutional sales for services and projects under the ESG / CSR vertical.
Conduct research on CSR trends, ESG frameworks, and government policies to support proposal development.
Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and communication with all partners and stakeholders.
