Job description

We are looking for a talented Interior Designer with a strong understanding of material specifications, availability, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should have an excellent aesthetic sense, the ability to source high-quality materials, and experience in handling vendor contracts. They will be responsible for designing, selecting materials, and ensuring seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings while considering durability, aesthetics, and budget.
Stay updated with the latest trends in interior materials, finishes, and innovative design solutions.
Source and evaluate interior materials from vendors
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely availability of materials.
Prepare material boards, mood boards, and presentations for client approvals.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and execution teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
Ensure all selections comply with project specifications, quality standards, and cost estimates.
Conduct site visits to supervise material installations and maintain design integrity.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design with a focus on material selection and vendor management.

Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and their application in interior projects.

Experience in working with high-end and luxury materials is a plus.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant tools.

Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.

Good communication and presentation skills.
