Accountant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in charni Road Mumbai. The Accountant will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The role will also involve maintaining accurate financial records and collaborating with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Bookkeeping

Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger Maintenance

Understanding of Taxation, Regulatory Compliance, and Budgeting

Familiarity with Accounting Software and Tools

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Certification as a CPA / CA is a plus

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a relevant industry, is highly desirable
