Job descriptionGraphic designer with strong proficiency with CANVA AND PHOTOSHOP Create Graphics suitable for the particular platform Create and schedule platform-specific content calendars (posts, reels, stories) Run targeted ad campaigns (Meta+Google++Twitter / X) with A / B testing Audience growth strategy + community engagement plan Weekly performance tracking + reporting (Engagement, Reach, Follows) Hashtag research + trend monitoring Monthly competitor analysis + content benchmarking Develop content hooks for viral growth + campaign ideation Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Strong Communication and Writing skills Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy 15,000 INR / month + incentives (During Probation Period) 20,000-25,000 INR / month after the probation period

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual content, designing logos, and developing branding materials. Day-to-day tasks include working on graphics, typography, and ensuring all design elements align with the company's branding guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design
- Experience in Branding and developing branding materials
- Skills in Typography and visual content creation
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred
- Experience in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
