About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Django Report Developer with strong expertise in Python, Jinja2, and Django ORM to design and develop dynamic, data-driven reports based on business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of relational databases and an analytical mindset to enhance and optimize reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain dynamic reports using Jinja2 templating language and Django ORM.
• Translate documented business requirements into accurate and insightful reports.
• Implement best practices for report design, performance, and scalability.
• Work independently in a Kanban-driven environment with daily stand-ups and progress tracking.
• Identify trends, optimize report generation processes, and recommend improvements to the custom-built reporting system.
• Collaborate with team members and leads to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Provide and accept constructive feedback to continuously improve the teams deliverables.
