We are looking for a Senior Executive – Human Resources who is passionate about people success, employee engagement, and culture development in a completely remote environment.
Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Documentation
Manage the complete employee life cycle — onboarding, induction, confirmation, appraisals, and exit / offboarding.
Maintain employee data, records, and workflows on Keka HRMS .
Prepare and release offer letters, appraisal / hike letters, warning notices, rewards & recognition certificates, and relieving letters .
Track attendance, leaves, holidays, employee documents, and compliance files .
Build a High Performance Culture at InstaService via initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and run virtual employee engagement activities , festival celebrations, wellness initiatives, and fun events.
Execute Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs — spot awards, quarterly awards, and milestone recognition.
Conduct employee pulse surveys , publish reports, and recommend action plans to improve engagement and retention.
Recruitment & Onboarding Support
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain candidate data.
Oversee a smooth onboarding process and ensure a strong Day-1 employee experience .
People Support & Policy
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, leaves, attendance, payroll coordination, and performance.
Promote InstaService values in everyday interactions with fairness, empathy, and professionalism.
Required Qualifications 3–6 years of HR experience , ideally in tech / startup / high-growth businesses.
Experience with Keka HRMS (preferred) or ability to learn rapidly.
Strong understanding of HR operations, documentation, and performance cycles .
Outstanding communication, people skills, confidentiality, and conflict-resolution ability.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment .
