Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruiting agencies.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Negotiate job offers and coordinate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and generate reports on key metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment guidance.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, universities, and professional networks to create a strong talent pipeline.
- Stay updated on current recruitment trends, best practices, and employment laws.
