We are now looking for AI / Gen AI Product Experts to reimagine and transform our replenishment function and inventory processes , driving intelligent automation across our stores in India.

About the Role

This role is critical to enhancing Lenskart’s replenishment systems using AI-driven solutions . You will be responsible for building and implementing intelligent inventory tracking, demand forecasting, and assortment optimization models that ensure the right products are available at the right place and time.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in AI / Gen AI with business acumen and leadership to drive large-scale impact across our supply chain and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Reimagine & improve replenishment systems by integrating AI / Gen AI-powered solutions.
• Develop intelligent tracking mechanisms for real-time inventory visibility across all stores.
• Optimize assortment planning to ensure the right mix of products in each store, improving availability and reducing waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, product, supply chain, and business leaders) to implement scalable solutions.
• Demonstrate leadership by driving end-to-end ownership of the replenishment function, balancing business needs with technical innovation.
• Proficient in leveraging data and numbers for decision-making
