About Company : The company operates in the wellness industry, creating consumer-friendly nutritional supplements designed to support aspects of personal care and overall health needs for a broad audience.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including billing, A / R, A / P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, and collections.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
• Develop budgets and financial forecasts; analyze and report variances.
• Manage company investments, cash flow, and optimize free cash reserves.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including tax filings.
• Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on schedule; handle TDS reconciliations and vendor account reconciliations.
• Oversee ESOP administration—managing share allocations, maintaining records, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead financial audits and ensure timely closure of books and statutory reports.
• Oversee legal and secretarial aspects related to financial operations.
• Leverage ERPs such as Tally to streamline and automate accounting processes.
• Track and analyze D2C and marketplace financial performance, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
