Identity Lifecycle Specialist

Job Title : SailPoint ISC Developer

We are seeking a mid-level identity security cloud developer to design, develop and implement identity lifecycle and access management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) including configuration, customization, workflow design and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, configure and maintain SailPoint ISC components such as lifecycle events, certifications and access requests.
• Build and customize connectors / integrations with target systems e.g., Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, Azure AD etc.
• Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and policy-based access provisioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning, workflow and synchronization issues.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts and security teams to gather requirements and translate them into SailPoint solutions.
• Participate in UAT production deployments and post-implementation support.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security and compliance best practices.
