Good understanding of Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.). Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel. Formal attire and professional conduct mandatory.

About the Role :
We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Admission Counsellor with a strong understanding of Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate will excel in student counseling, lead follow-ups, and CRM management while helping aspiring professionals make the right career choice.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage and counsel prospective students via calls and walk-ins.
- Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities in digital marketing.
- Manage and update leads, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain a professional approach during counseling and presentations.
Skills & Requirements :
Training : 7-Day Comprehensive Induction Provided
Salary : ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
Incentives : 40% Admission Incentive + Performance Bonus
