Areas of Exposure :

• Business Advisory & Consulting :

Assisting in providing strategic business advice, structuring solutions, and supporting clients in decision-making processes.

Involvement in preparing submissions, handling notices, and assisting in representing clients before tax authorities.

Exposure to tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and other corporate transactions.

Working on cross-border tax issues, double taxation avoidance agreements (DTAAs), and transfer pricing documentation.

Assisting in compliance and advisory related to foreign exchange laws and cross-border transactions.

Supporting clients in meeting statutory and regulatory requirements under various tax and company laws.
