Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic experienced Marketing Manager with Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech Electrical) to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implimenting strategic marketing initiatives to promote our Distribution & Power transformers, GIS product and EPC projects ect., and drive business growth. The role require blend of technical expertise in electrical engineering and marketing acumen to effectively communicate the value position of our products to customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan

Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering and product development to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.

Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies

Track performance of all marketing campaigns

Achieve the western region sales targets as per the business requirment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

B.Tech Electrical)

or related field required. MBA or advanced degree in Marketing is a plus.

proven experience

Minimum 5 to 10 years)

in marketing roles within the electrical or power industry, preferaly with a focus on transformers industry.

Strong technical background in electrical engineering with deep understanding of transformer principles, applications, and specifications.

Good knowledge of basic contract terms

Excellent communication skills
