Role Description
We’re looking for a Lead Engineer (7–12 yrs) — a hands-on technical leader who loves building distributed systems, designing scalable architectures, and bringing ideas from whiteboard to production.
You’ll work across Python, Go, JavaScript , collaborating with Product, ML, and Data teams to power our reliability intelligence platform. You’ll architect and scale high-throughput systems that blend AI, ML, and domain expertise — transforming raw sensor data into actionable insights.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Software Development and Software Design
Experience in Team Leadership and Leading Delivery
Strong knowledge of System Design, Distributed Systems and scalable architecture
Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of Low level Design
Proficiency in either of these Java, Go, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
Excellent communication and organizational skills
