Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Technical Consultant to support the implementation, customization, and production support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and System Administration . The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies, integrations, and reporting tools , with experience managing both single and multi-Business Group environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation & Enhancement :

• Participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) modules — from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
• Design and develop custom solutions, cloud extensions, and integrations to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business processes into scalable technical solutions within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment.
• Develop and configure HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI analyses .
• Design and implement Integrations using HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, HCM Extracts, REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services .
• Support cloud data migration activities, including mapping, transformation, and validation of employee and payroll data.
