Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing & new clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met consistently.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams including design, production, and operations to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.
Process Adherence : Meticulous adherence to all defined processes and systems of the company, fostering a culture of being process-driven to maintain consistency, efficiency, and quality
