We are seeking several consultants who can champion a particular vertical in IT, Construction, Trades & Engineering. Where you are based is flexible amongst 3 locations : CBD, Mulgrave and Laverton.

• A true people person that is passionate about improving people’s lives through role alignment and improving the health of businesses by applying best practice recruitment methods
• A proven track record of success and experience in recruitment (internal / external) or HR consulting coupled with business to business sales skills
• Passion for a vertical or extensive generalist recruitment experience
• Tenacious, inspiring, highly organised and motivated, customer-centric with a desire to be part of the future of HR and Recruitment Industry Globally
• A winning attitude, resilient learning agility and hunger to succeed and make a difference
• Tertiary qualified in Commerce, HR, Marketing or a closely related field – highly desirable
