Job description

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Deliver exceptional service and ensure high customer satisfaction

Accurately document customer interactions in the system.

Meet individual and team performance targets (KPI driven)

Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

Min 2-3 yrs of experience in BPO voice process (Mandatory)

Graduation is mandatory

Strong communication and problem solving skills

Willingness to work night shift (6pm - 3am)

Customer focused and good interpersonal skills
