Job Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier candidates to meet hiring needs for our customers.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the job opening and the ability to build effective search strategies for each role.

You will work closely with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand and share candidate feedback, challenges, and successes, advocating potential solutions and making recommendations to inform and adapt the recruitment strategy.

The ideal candidate will have business fluency in English, both written and spoken, as well as great communication and organizational skills. They will also possess strong analytical judgment and be able to take certain work pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Proven track record of success in recruiting top-tier candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
