Summary : The Manager – PoP Reports is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of PoP (Proof of Play) campaign reporting. This role ensures accurate, validated, and timely delivery of reports while maintaining proper documentation and coordination across departments. The position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective leadership to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily PoP documentation and ensure timely preparation and delivery of reports.
- Validate and verify data accuracy before final submission.
- Maintain comprehensive records and tracking systems for report delivery.
- Prepare, format, and manage reports using MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth workflow.
- Prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Lead, mentor, and support the PoP reporting team to ensure efficient and on-time completion of deliverables.
