Position Overview :

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who can lead a team while also managing individual hiring targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end IT recruitment , leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive hiring success.

Key Responsibilities :

🔹 Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.

🔹 Manage full-cycle IT recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding.

🔹 Handle individual hiring targets alongside team management.

🔹 Develop effective sourcing strategies for niche tech roles.

🔹 Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

🔹 Track and report key hiring metrics for performance evaluation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• ️ 5–8 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• ️ Proven team-leading experience with measurable results
• ️ Strong understanding of IT skill sets and market trends
• ️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• ️ Proficiency with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
• ️ Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• ️ Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
