Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Chargeback Analyst to manage and resolve chargeback disputes. This role involves investigating claims, submitting representments, and ensuring timely resolution of chargebacks.

Key Responsibilities :

Investigate and manage chargeback disputes.

Review transaction data and prepare chargeback representments.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather documentation.

Monitor chargeback trends and suggest improvements.

Ensure compliance with chargeback rules and regulations.

Qualifications :

1-2 years of chargeback or fraud prevention experience.

Knowledge of credit card networks and chargeback processes.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
