Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Supervisor located in Gurugram. The Factory Supervisor will oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring optimal production planning, quality control, and operations management. This role includes managing manufacturing operations, coordinating with different departments, and supervising staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in the perfumery / cosmetics / FNCG industry (Max 1 Year)
• Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management
• Experience in Quality Control and Operations Management
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Manufacturing or related field of study.
• Understanding of Regulatory documentation requirements and documentation is a must.
