Position / Title : Resource Person (Part-Time / Hourly basis)
Area : Strategy / Marketing
Job duties :
- Helping the faculty to prepare an AOL compliant course outline.
- To help the faculty with designing appropriate assignments based on attending the faculty's session.
- Attending classroom sessions and resolving / clearing student's queries related to the topic
- Assisting faculty to manage individual / group evaluations during in-class evaluations along with scoring if need be.
- Uploading the assignments in a timely manner.
- Evaluating & assessing off-campus assignments, group work, quizzes and exam papers.
- Preparing AOL reports for the evaluations.
- Providing detailed feedback to the students.
- Sharing the feedback with the faculty.
- Collating all the comments from the faculty & releasing the marks to the FMB academic team.
- Available on campus for attending the classroom sessions (4-5 days in a month)
Education : Full time Master's Degree in Marketing is mandatory
Experience : Any experience in Academics for Graduate / Post graduate courses is desirable
Capability / skills required :
Good knowledge of subjects specified
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
Good communication & interpersonal skills (oral & written)
Maturity to deal with Students / Participants
Keep abreast with the latest knowledge in the subject.
