Principal Presales Solution Architect Digital Workplace Solutions

What success looks like in this role :

• Gather and analyse client requirements (RFI / RFP / RFQ) and volumetrics (e.g. locations SLAs contacts and events count AHT ToT etc).
• Set solution and pricing strategy work independently to develop effort and cost estimates including assumptions risk and contingency approach.
• Develop client facing proposals including service overview technology architecture detailed service description and client benefits / outcomes.
• Lead the solution reviews and obtain approvals from key stakeholders prior to submission.
• Participates to client facing meetings (solution presentation solution workshops) and contract negotiations develop client SoW

You will be successful in this role if you have :

Bachelors degree in business finance or technology or equivalent

Strong English language skills are mandatory

5 to 8 years experience in End User Managed Services / Digital Workplace Services (e.g. End User Service Desk Field Services and Supply Chain End User Device Management Productivity and Collaboration) with 2-3 years presales solution architect experience preferred

Has a good understanding of competitive landscape products and / or services

Excellent communication analytical and troubleshooting skills

Experience in pre-sales solution design for end user services proposal development design review & design trade off decisions winning theme development and presentation skills

Experience developing cost / benefit analysis and determining the risk associated with a given solution
