A leading organisation in the private healthcare sector focused on womens health, maternity and reproductive services across India. We deliver patient-centred clinical care across outpatient, inpatient and surgical settings with an emphasis on safe deliveries, evidence-based gynecologic surgery, and multidisciplinary management of complex pregnancies.

We are hiring an experienced Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist to join our on-site clinical team and strengthen our maternity and gynecology services.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal management.
• Lead labour ward operations : manage spontaneous and operative vaginal deliveries, perform and supervise cesarean sections and emergency obstetric interventions.
• Perform elective and emergency gynecological surgeries, including laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures, and oversee perioperative care.
• Manage high-risk pregnancies and coordinate multidisciplinary care with neonatology, anesthesia and critical care teams.
• Supervise, mentor and train junior doctors, residents and nursing staff; ensure accurate clinical documentation and adherence to protocols.
• Drive quality improvement, participate in audits, maintain clinical governance standards and promote patient-safety initiatives.
