Role Overview :

We're looking for a skilled and thoughtful Technical Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in the Indian tech hiring space. If you enjoy connecting the right talent to the right opportunities, and value meaningful collaboration with hiring teams - this role could be a great fit for you.

What You will Do

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology roles (Java, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.)

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and plan hiring strategies

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using sourcing tools and creative outreach

Ensure a positive and responsive experience for all candidates

Work with the People / TA team to track hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment processes

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in technical recruitment , preferably for startups or product-based companies

Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with ATS tools (like Ceipal)

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment

Excellent communication skills and an eye for quality

Nice-to-Haves

Experience hiring for emerging tech (AI / ML, Web3, Cybersecurity, etc.).

Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing.

Background in HR tech / startup hiring environments.
