Relevant Experience - 2 to 5 years

Join our AI team to optimize cutting-edge Language Models (LLMs & SLMs).

Key Responsibilities :

• Train, evaluate, and fine-tune LLMs via structured interactions.
• Annotate / classify unstructured text data to structured data and key value pair identification.
• Identify model failures to enable targeted improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers to validate and improve training data.
• Deploy retrained models to servers and retest.
