Job Description : Japanese Certification level : N3 / N2 Japanese Language relevant experience : 2 Years Total Experience : 5 Years Job Description – Quality Delivery Specialist with Business Analytics A process-savvy individual with an eye for quality and strong analytical acumen. Must have implementation experience in quality frameworks and delivery excellence methodologies across IT and business operations. This role also requires hands-on experience in Business Analytics, including turning raw data into actionable insights that drive decisions and improvements. Roles Responsibilities

• Implementation and facilitation of quality frameworks across multiple delivery lifecycles : development, maintenance, transformation, improvement, and innovation.
• Review service contracts, SOWs, and scope statements to extract and implement quality, risk, and compliance controls.
• Conduct Quality process walkthroughs, training sessions, and tool setup for delivery teams.
• Execute periodic audits covering quality assurance, compliance, and risk reviews aligned with customer expectations.
• Facilitate initiatives like Six Sigma, FMEA, and Early Alerts to deliver measurable benefits.
• Prepare monthly quality reports and present findings using inferential and trend analysis.
• Proficiency with BI and analytics platforms like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL for data analysis and visualization.
• Ability to transform operational and project data into insightful dashboards and reports to guide management decisions.
• Apply statistical methods to forecast trends, evaluate KPIs, and track quality improvements.
• Collate and format large and complex sets of data across multiple channels, customers and sales areas.
• Analyse data to distil meaningful insights on performance trends and opportunities
• Worked on key innovation or portfolio activity effectiveness to monitor return on investment and identify
• opportunities for improvement and customization by Channel, Brand, Customer and / or Market Required Skills Qualifications :
