Job descriptionTo manage sales operations of multiple projects through channel partners. To drive sales through the assigned partners and ensure that business contribution from the partner increases. Meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month. Ensure smooth registration, training, & brokerage disbursal for channel partners. Ensure each segment & project meets the sales targeted from assigned channels revenues from performing category & drive the non-performing ones. Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners. Ensure constant improvement in channel partner experience Delivered convincing oral sales presentation to potential clients and investors. Researched property pricing trends and made appropriate pricing recommendation to clients. Effectively market the project through the development of a leads base and selling the same through discovering, presenting and closing qualified leads. Assisting Buyers with the customizing and selection of their new home and site. Assisting buyers with the financing of their new home purchase. Able to handle work load, work as one team, taking quick decisions, can manage team, drawing conclusion. Monitor customer satisfaction, address issues, and provide solutions
