Key Duties and Responsibilities : Financial Reporting and Analysis : Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet with notes, incomestatement, cash flow statement).Responsible for financial consolidation for all entities.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management andstakeholders.Provide data to Investors and Capital ventures as per there requirements.Responsible to update accounting policy as and when required.Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for significant deviations.Accounting Operations : Manage all aspects of the accounting function, including general ledger,accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes.Ensure proper accounting for all transactions in accordance with relevantaccounting standards.IFC Implementation and Maintenance : Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial control systems andprocedures.Ensure the effectiveness of IFCs in accordance with regulatory requirements.Monitor and evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of IFCs.Identify and address any weaknesses or deficiencies in the IFC framework.Ind AS Implementation and Compliance : Oversee the implementation of Ind AS in the organization.Ensure compliance with Ind AS requirements in financial reporting.Stay updated on changes to Ind AS and their impact on the organization.Provide guidance and training to the finance team on Ind AS requirements.Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.Prepare and file tax returns and other financial disclosures.Coordinate with internal and external auditors.Qualification and Experience required : Qualified CA with experience of financial reporting, auditing andimplementation of IFC and Ind As.4+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, business controlling, or related roles.In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and proceduresKnowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.Advanced proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems.Excellent communication and drafting skills.Strong Financial acumen and good problem-solving and analytical skills are a must. Along with proactive business support & and partnering skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
