Space Planning Designer

Location : Thane (with travel to project sites)

Experience : 2–3 years

Compensation : Up to ₹40,000 per month

About the Role :

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join the Union Living team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in co-living, residential, or commercial interiors, and will be comfortable managing multiple projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop interior layouts, concepts, and furniture plans for Union Living properties.
• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, material boards, and 3D references as needed.
• Work closely with the Fit-Out Manager to ensure timely and quality execution on-site.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers for sourcing, production, and installations.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Coordinate across departments (brand, operations, procurement) for smooth project delivery.
• Handle end-to-end project management — from concept to handover.
