Position : MSI Security Architect – E4
Primary Skill Set
Experience : Minimum 14+ years in implementing security tools and designing solutions across Perimeter Security , Endpoint Security , and Cloud Security .
Technical Expertise
Hands-on implementation experience with multiple security tools, including but not limited to :
Perimeter Security : Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco FTD, Checkpoint)
Proxy Solutions : Zscaler, on-prem proxy solutions
Network Access Control (NAC) : Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass
PKI & Certificate Management
Endpoint Security : EDR, Antivirus, HIPS, DLP, Encryption
SIEM Platforms : QRadar, Splunk
Web Application Firewall (WAF) : F5 ASM (preferred), Barracuda, Imperva
Cloud Security : Native security controls in AWS, Azure, GCP and third-party security tool integration on cloud platforms
Ability to :
Provide technical and documentation support for data center and cloud security designs
Plan and execute security tool migrations from on-premises to cloud environments
Assess customer security posture and recommend improvements
Design security solutions and prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD)
Review and vet RFP responses and solution designs
Support due diligence for new and existing customer requirements
Provide technical escalation support for teams and projects
Soft Skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Adherence to project implementation guidelines
Excellent presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Visio for design documentation
Comfortable working in 24x7 project environments
Proven team management and customer interaction capabilities
Experience in managing vendor relationships
Familiarity with defining SLAs
Ability to prepare project documentation such as :
Project Plans
Risk Matrix
Run Books
SOPs
Implementation Guides
Good understanding of ITIL processes
Capability to train BAU team members and onboard new hires to enhance their skills
Certifications
Mandatory : CISSP
Preferred : Relevant vendor / product certifications
