Job Description

We’re looking for an Estimation Engineer with hands-on experience in interior or fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing design drawings, preparing accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and coordinating with the procurement and execution teams to ensure projects remain on budget and on schedule.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review architectural and interior drawings to prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs.
• Estimate material, labor, and overhead costs for residential and commercial interior projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and design teams for rate analysis and cost comparison.
• Prepare tender documents, project cost summaries, and client proposals.
• Track project variations and maintain cost control documentation.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for ongoing projects.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
