Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager to oversee and manage program operations while ensuring smooth customer handling. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing customer interactions, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong expertise in Excel to analyze data and generate insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the primary point of contact for learners, addressing queries and resolving concerns effectively.
2. Manage end-to-end program operations to ensure smooth execution.
3. Monitor learner engagement, progress, and provide necessary support for successful outcomes.
Requirements
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling (preferably in education, service-oriented domains).
2. Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards, formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports using Excel for tracking performance and operational efficiency.
