Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.

• Develop and manage Workflows, Process Builders, Flows, and Validation Rules.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and external APIs to ensure seamless data flow and business process automation.
• Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce implementations to align with best practices and evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct technical feasibility assessments, and provide timely estimates.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure data security, scalability, and system performance through effective configuration and coding practices.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and proactively recommend new features and improvements.
