What your day-to-day will look like :
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and troubleshoot technical issues
- Manage and optimize building management systems (BMS) for energy efficiency
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and installations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Financial Management
To manage and control all critical spares for all installations as per manufacturer recommendations and inventoryCoordinate with AEM for collating all R&M requirements quarterly basisFollow up for assigned PO, work completion as per PO until invoice submissionOperations Management
To carry out all engineering & operational proceduresEnsure proper functioning of the following systems in the facility :All Electrical SystemsAll HVAC systemAll PACsWater, Plumbing, Sanitary SystemsElevators / LiftsCafeteria equipmentTo liaise with the vendors for maintenance / service practices of M&E contactors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendationsTo ensure that all maintenance related schedules & shut down in consultations with OEM & Accenture are followedDaily inspection of logbooks, history card, checklist, escalation charts, OCP & PPM schedules etc. for a better management of engineering systemsTo ensure and guide the technical staff attends & work for closures for all F&S technical related issues in the facilityTo adhere to 52 weeks annual M&E maintenance scheduleTo maintain consistency on agreed SLA & KPITo participate during emergency evacuation procedure and manage all health & safety issuesPrepare and collate data related to vendor performance and escalate as requiredEnsure proper usage & functioning of facility tools (IMT, VMT, Sites ops modules, Site Inspection Tool) as per defined scopeEnsure all PM work orders in 360 facility tool / Archibus are closed and escalate in case of any deviationTrack and close all builder related queries in QMS on monthly basisConduct M&E onboarding process, back to Basic as definedEnsure all the mandatory trainings are conducted as per schedule and track for attendanceCoordinate for execution of works related to IC requests without escalationsConduct interview for M&E new joinersEnsure 100% usage of online work permit tool and upload incidents in the incident toolProper handing & taking over tabs which are utilized for taking equipment readingsConduct central store audit, BMS store audit and BMS audit on monthly basisFacility walk around and ensure Walk around map & Guide is followed and maintainedCoordinate with DM team for any issues that need helpImportant and VIP client visits to be coordinated with Events team and should be managed without escalationsEnsure to close the Seibel tickets on time & weekly once do analysis for repeated complaints and highlight to CEEnsure to support for all client audits / Internal & External auditsEnsure the functionality of all technology tools in the facilityRecords Management
To ensure Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly records are prepared and sent to the chief engineer for all engineering related activitiesTo update & maintain all records on daily basis (Logbooks, History Cards, Equipment details, Service Reports, Incident Reports etc.)Estate Management
To ensure Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly records are prepared and sent to the chief engineer for all engineering related activitiesEnsure visit and inspect all the critical areas maintained by builder wherever allowed on a daily basis (Chiller, HT, DG, LT, LMR, STP and pump rooms)Ensure daily coordination with the builder on the diesel / waterTrack & ensure all the activities are performed by the builder as per the contract like FAPA test, Façade glass cleaning etc.Follow up on all the invoices submission by the builder on timeIntimate on any deviation in builder operation and follow up on closureReporting Management
