• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Lead training, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work culture that reflects The Ummed’s core values of warmth, excellence, and service.
