About the Role
You will design high-performing thumbnail templates and reel designs for a network of 100+ fan pages.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 4–6 thumbnail variations per clip
- Develop reel / title templates
- Maintain consistent branding across all pages
- A / B test different color / typography layouts
- Refresh template packs monthly
- Work closely with editors to optimize click-through rate
- Maintain a digital library of templates
