Insight Global is seeking Credit Card / Mastercard Disputes SMEs to join our client's back office disputes resolution team for a large, tech-forward consumer credit card. Our client is a prominent global bank. In this role you will serve as a subject matter expert escalation point and case investigations agent. As an agent, you will tackle a variety of customer scenarios and take action to resolve issues and inquires following Mastercard rules and guidelines and Regulation Z compliance. This includes fraud and non-fraud cases. As a subject matter expert in Mastercard processes, you will assist junior agents on the team with questions and complex scenarios. You will not be responsible for managing any people on the team as this is still an individual contributor role.
5+ years of experience resolving credit card disputes and chargebacks under Mastercard network guidelines
5+ years and strong expertise of US Regulation Z compliance
5+ years and strong knowledge of Mastercard network guidelines and chargeback procedures, understanding Mastercard chargeback codes and current guideline updates
