Data Analytics Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented ETL cum BI Engineer with strong expertise in Tableau and Databricks to maintain, optimize, and enhance our reporting infrastructure. This role focuses on dashboard upkeep, data flow management, and enabling new analytical capabilities across multiple regions and business units. The ideal candidate will ensure high data accuracy, reliability, and availability for recurring reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field .
• 3–6 years of experience in BI development , ETL , or data analytics roles.
• Proven experience with Tableau (dashboard design, data source management, performance optimization).
• Proficiency in Databricks , SQL , and data transformation for reporting and analytics.
• Understanding of data modeling and reporting best practices (star / snowflake schema, data lineage, etc.).
• Experience managing data pipelines from external sources such as SurveyMonkey or similar survey platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
