Your New Role :
The Stakeholder Engagement Analyst will play a key role in facilitating structured, meaningful engagement between the ISA and its diverse stakeholders including Member Countries, partner institutions, donors, and multilateral bodies. The role will also support diplomatic protocol, formal communications, and event planning in line with international standards. The Stakeholder Engagement Analyst shall work towards enhancing ISA's diplomatic outreach and political mobilization.
Your Broader Scope of Work (including but not limited to) :
- Provide protocol guidance and support for high-level meetings, conferences, and events hosted by ISA.
- Draft formal correspondence, meeting briefs, and concept notes aligned with diplomatic and protocol norms.
- Liaise with diplomatic missions, ministries, and international organizations on behalf of the Secretariat.
- Support the organization of Governing Body meetings and high-level dialogues, including invitation protocols, agenda coordination, and logistics.
- Assist in managing official visits, signing ceremonies, and multilateral forums involving ISA stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of country engagement strategies and institutional visibility.
- Monitor and analyze political developments, policy shifts, and governmental transitions, delivering real-time intelligence to enhance ISA's strategic agility.
- Oversee ISA’s diplomatic engagements, ensuring compliance with UN and international diplomatic standards to strengthen ISA’s global standing.
- Manage protocol coordination for high-level ISA missions, ensuring diplomatic precision and effective stakeholder engagement.
What You Will Need to Succeed Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs, Development Studies, International Cooperation, Renewable Energy or related field. Master’s degree preferred.Minimum 8 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, external relations, or protocol functions in an international or diplomatic setting. For candidates with a Masters’ degree or a Doctorate, the experience criteria shall be relaxed by 3 years.Required Experience :

Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and diplomatic communication skills.Excellent writing, communication, and intercultural skills.Fluency in English is required;additional language proficiency is a plus.
Your Place of Work :
This position will be based at the ISA Headquarters, Delhi / Gurgaon, India, with international travel as required.
