Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the CEO, located in Bengaluru. The Assistant to the CEO will provide administrative and operational support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, prompt and agile responses and ability to coordinate across teams while handling sensitive information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments and schedule; execute admin and follow up tasks.
  • Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for business trips and meetings.
  • Track and follow up on pending actions, correspondence, and reports from internal teams.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and circulate key action items.
  • Handle follow up communication and correspondence maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support event planning, conferences, and visitor coordination.
  • Serve as the first point of contact between the CEO’s office and internal / external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Graduate level qualification.
  • 5-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator preferably supporting senior leadership.
  • Experience in managing diaries, travel logistics, and high-level coordination.
  • Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proactive, attentive, diligent and fast learner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
