You will own the creator engine end-to-end for youe.Co
What you will do :
- Build the creator bench : source, pitch, and sign UGC creators and micro-influencers across Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
- Be the single point of contact : manage briefs, timelines, approvals, and feedback between Youe and creators.
- Onboard and enable : share brand kit, messaging guardrails, creative guidelines, asset library, examples, tracking links, and payment steps so creators can ship fast.
- Plan content sprints : co-create hooks and formats;
maintain a rolling calendar that balances experiments with proven winners.
maintain a dashboard for reach, views, CTR, installs, conversions, and cost metrics.
scale what works and retire what does not.
