Join our brewery as an Intern and gain hands-on experience in the art and science of brewing!

As a part of our Quality and Brewing team , you’ll :

• Assist in microbiological testing of beer, yeast, and raw materials
• Support hygiene monitoring and lab analysis
• Learn fermentation monitoring, yeast management, and contamination control
• Maintain lab records and quality documentation

We’re looking for :

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry (recent graduates or final-year students)

Curious minds with a passion for fermentation, quality, and craft beer

Detail-oriented team players with good lab discipline
