Technical :
Extensive knowledge of serialization at all levels (L1 thorough L4 and supply chain)
Extensive knowledge of vision inspections on packaging lines.
Candidate with Line provisioning knowledge is preferred.
Nice to Have :
Extensive knowledge of serialization standards, regulations, and GMP
Roles and Responsibility :
Hiring and Training : Recruit, onboarding , and provide comprehensive training for support staff.
Performance Management : Set performance goals, monitor individual and team performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
Employee Development : Motivate and mentor team members to foster a high-performing and skilled support.
Scheduling and Resources : Manage staff scheduling and resources and arive at Shift schedule.
Oversee Daily Operations : Ensure the efficient and timely handling of customer inquiries and issues.
Customer Satisfaction : Implement strategies to improve and ensure high-quality support services, enhancing the overall customer experience.
