Lead Software Engineer - AI Research

As a Lead Engineer – Generative AI & ML, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying AI / ML solutions, with a focus on generative AI technologies. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex data and automation challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Generative AI and ML solutions to enhance our data analytics and automation platform.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models — from data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering to model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets, ensuring high data quality and effective feature engineering.
• Implement and optimize Generative AI and ML models using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, LangChain, LangSmith, and LangGraph.
• Leverage retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques for enhanced AI performance.
• Deploy models using MLOps best practices, including containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI / CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to align AI / ML initiatives with business goals.
• Stay updated on advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and ML technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage new tools and techniques.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while contributing to AI / ML development best practices.
